• Salary: $3100, Transport Allowance $90 per month, increment after confirmation

Job Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with export sales managers, production planners, and warehouse teams to coordinate all shipping arrangements.

2. Communicate with overseas customers on shipment requirements, booking vessels, arranging containers, trucking, and other logistics matters.

3. Prepare and declare import/export permits.

4. Prepare shipping documentation including Bill of Lading (B/L), packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, and other customer-specific documents.

5. Coordinate closely with customers from different countries to meet their shipment standards and documentation requirements.

6. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all logistics and shipping paperwork.
