About the Role

Ridelah Pte. Ltd. is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Retail Operations & Sales Consultant to join our energetic team at the Oxley Bizhub store. This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, enjoys engaging with customers, and loves helping riders find the right gear. (Bonus points if you’re a rider yourself!)

What you'll be doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

• Assisting customers with product selection, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries

• Maintaining product knowledge to effectively showcase and sell our range

• Processing sales transactions and managing cash and inventory

• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Ensuring the store is well-presented and merchandised at all times

• Providing support for various retail operations, such as stock management and replenishment

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in retail or any customer-facing role

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport effortlessly

• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions

• Genuine enthusiasm for retail and delivering memorable customer experiences

• A passion for motorcycles or riding is a strong advantage
