Product Design (UI/Visual) - #1128140

About the Role 

We’re looking for a highly proactive Product Designer who can take ownership of the visual and UI design across our suite of real estate data products. 
You will be responsible for turning ideas and requirements into clean, thoughtful, functional UI designs in Figma, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. 
Beyond product interfaces, you will also support the marketing team with visuals, brand assets, and creative materials when needed.  

This is a key role: you will help bring consistency, clarity, and quality to all of our design output across the company. 

What You’ll Do 

• Create high-quality UI designs in Figma for our web applications, dashboards, and internal tools. 

• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to refine requirements, validate flows, and deliver final designs ready for implementation. 

• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products. 

• Support the marketing team with visual assets, graphics, social media creatives, and brand materials. 

• Work across multiple teams and products, balancing priorities while ensuring design standards remain high. 

• Be proactive: ask questions, challenge assumptions, and propose creative alternatives. 

• Participate in user research or testing when needed to refine UI/UX decisions. 

• Ensure that communication between design and development is smooth and efficient. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 

• Strong experience with Figma and UI/UX design for digital products. 

• Ability to create clean, modern, intuitive interfaces. 

• Experience or interest in graphic design for marketing content. 

• A solid understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, component systems. 

• Someone who thinks critically and creatively - not just taking instructions but questioning, suggesting, and exploring alternatives. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with multiple teams.
