Job Description
Our Customer Experience Account Managers cum Site Technician are responsible for developing space solutions and redefining living spaces for our customers.
You will work on strategizing space solutions and recommending products to customers based on their individual needs.
You will share your product knowledge and be the key relationship person to your clients.
You will travel across the island for assigned client visits, site visits, and coordinate meetings as required.
You will generate sales quotations and process sales orders for clients.
You will also be responsible for coordination with project stakeholders such as property Managing Agents, IDs and contractors, your internal fulfilment team and your installation team leaders.
You will be the main person supporting the sales team and customer during the sales process
You need to maintain good technical knowledge about our products and are able to help customers resolve sales-related issues or product-related enquiries promptly.
You are responsible for determining the best products and configuration to meet the requirements of customers.
You need to meet customers onsite for sales consultation, site measurements, prepare layout drawings for installation, and make sure that site calculations and orders are submitted timely to our sales fulfilment team.

After training, you can accurately measure and describe the dimensions and site details of a potential job site.

Applicants with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the renovation industry are mandatory
