Roles & Responsibilities

• Reports to the Project Manager and escalates issues when required

• Assists the Project Manager to coordinate and execute projects with timeline management

• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives

• Maintain accurate inventory records and come up with documentation for accurate stock management

• Identify potential risks and challenges in logistics and inventory processes

• Manages the logistics of hardware and software delivery, installation, and deployment to customer sites. Our partners for hardware and software are located in Singapore as well as overseas

• Able to work on site at customer locations at times to oversee deployment of hardware, and minor civil works

• Communicates effectively to internal teams and external partners as well as customers so that coordination for logistics is well-managed

• Able to write concise minutes of meetings with customers and external parties

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any discipline

• Has initiative and ownership of tasks assigned

• Experience in IT projects, logistics, and work site coordination will be advantageous

• At least two years of relevant working experience is preferred

• Ability to speak Mandarin will be advantageous for communication to Chinese partners
