Responsibilities:

• Develop HVAC design deliverables across all project phases (CD, BD, DD).
• Prepare load and air balance calculations, airflow diagrams, AHU zoning layouts, and duct designs.
• Create and review technical documents, specifications, and 3D models (Revit/SketchUp).
• Coordinate with LDI, PE, and QP teams for design and compliance.
• Support procurement activities including BOQ preparation, value engineering, and bid evaluation.
• Review subcontractor and LDI submissions to ensure compliance with URS and local codes.
• Provide technical support during site construction and commissioning.
• Contribute to FM and LEED design consultancy efforts.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering disciplines, preferably mechanical or electrical.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO14644, 21 CFR Part 211 standards.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes (IBC, IFC, JIS, BS, etc.).
• Understanding of material selection for cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
• Leadership and coordination experience is an advantage.
