Responsibilities

• Direct work with patients including intake interviews, financial assessment and assistance, applications for special schools and other intervention programmes.

• Follow up on the various applications of special schools and intervention programmes.

• Provide information and liaise with relevant MSWs, multi-disciplinary team in Child Development Unit and community partners to facilitate effective delivery of MSW services. 

• Process Medifund applications and submissions at NeMSW, to ensure quality and compliance.

• Coordination of programmes conducted by MSWs. Assist with activities preparation, liaise with patients’ family members and other administrative work involved in programme coordination. 

Requirements

•  Diploma in Social Work/Psychology 

• Prior relevant working experience will be an advantage.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
