Automobiles Call Center Customer Service (Mattar/5 Days/6 months contract) - #1128094

Working Hours: 5 Days work week (Rostered schedule by Company)

Location: Kallang Pudding (Mattar MRT)

Salary: Basic $2430 + Shift Allowance $150

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to vehicle enquiries, servicing, warranty, test drives, purchase interests, and aftersales matters

- Provide support with professionalism and warmth as every call is an opportunity to make a good impression

- Escalate issues when needed, following the right procedures to ensure a smooth handover

- Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels/Diploma

- At Least 3 years of customer service experience

- Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holiday
