Our client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Oversee daily operations: Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure inventory accuracy: Implement stock control measures and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain precise inventory records.

• Coordinate order fulfillment: Work closely with teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to retail outlets and customers.

• Lead the team: Support and guide the warehouse team to uphold high standards of productivity, safety, and housekeeping.

• Resolve operational issues: Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and meet business needs effectively.

• Improve procedures: Review and enhance warehouse processes to boost efficiency and optimize space utilization.

• Maintain compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational SOPs.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational background: A diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within the retail sector.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP, SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Leadership qualities: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
