IT EXECUTIVE | Food Manufacturing Industry

Department: Business Intelligence Technology

Location: Senoko area

Working Days: 5.5days (Alternate Saturdays)

Salary: Up to $3500

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, install, maintain and upgrade PC/Hardware/Software/LAN & network

• Support and perform troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical hardware (desktop, laptop, printer) issues and Microsoft 365, standard software and in-house applications

• Install, configure and maintain network services to clients

• Administration, support & maintenance of company’s Local Area Network (LAN), Fortigate firewall and M365 admin centre

• Actively participate and support IT related projects

• Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time
  
  

Requirements

• Hands on experience in IT support of desktop and laptop hardware and managing LAN/WAN/Routers/Switches

• Strong knowledge with hands-on experience in managing Active Directory and M365 admin centre

• Candidate with hands-on experience in managing VMWare servers and SAN will be advantageous

• Able to adhere to internal IT processes with good communication skills

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/IT or its equivalent

• Candidate should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience Qualification Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
