Job Purpose:
Provide technical support and improve efficiency through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for daily business operations.

• Troubleshoot IT issues and help users resolve software and hardware problems.

• Oversee company devices and ensure smooth operation of IT equipment.

• Collaborate with departments to enhance workflows and improve system usage.

• Manage system upgrades, data security, and feature implementation processes.

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.

• Familiar with troubleshooting hardware, software, and common IT support issues.

• Strong understanding of data protection and backup best practices.

• Ability to coordinate with teams to drive system and process improvements.

• Open to handling ad-hoc IT support tasks as needed.

The successful IT Systems Support Specialist must possess hands-on experience with Business Central and be confident in resolving both system and hardware issues while working with cross-functional teams.
