Senior Associate, Sales & Marketing

Location: Changi Airport

Contract duration: 1 year

Salary: Up to $3800 monthly

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Senior Associate, Sales & Marketing to support key sales and marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activations. This role offers the chance to help drive sales growth, revenue, and customer engagement across one of the world’s most iconic airports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration

• Download and analyse data sets to support reporting and business decisions.

• Process purchase orders and invoices in line with company procedures.

• Manage and respond to customer enquiries via Salesforce promptly and professionally.

2. Sales & Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with merchants, tenants, and internal teams.

• Assist in delivering omnichannel communications (eDMs, SMS, push notifications, website content).

• Coordinate digital and on-ground campaign setups and activations.

• Track campaign performance and budget usage, maintaining accurate documentation and flagging variances.

• Liaise with external agencies (creative, media, production) to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

3. Project Management Support

• Assist in forecasting and monitoring budgets for assigned projects.

• Work with stakeholders to ensure project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met.

• Prepare presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Strong logical thinking, creativity, and analytical skills.

• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Self-driven, independent, and results-focused.

• Basic design or content editing proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

• Experience in sales & marketing, e-commerce, aviation, or travel industries is advantageous.
