Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate new hire onboarding, briefing, and documentation.
Manage offboarding processes such as exit interviews and clearance procedures.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.
Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation when required.
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary HR data such as attendance, leaves, and claims.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and company events.
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Leave & Attendance Management
Monitor staff attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Handle leave-related queries and updates.
Training & Development
Coordinate training schedules, enrollment, and attendance.
Maintain training records and support performance appraisal processes.
Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2-3 years of experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and cross functionally
Good understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.
Resourceful and demonstrates strong planning skills in organizing corporate events.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
