Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.

  • Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.

 Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, briefing, and documentation.

  • Manage offboarding processes such as exit interviews and clearance procedures.

 HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files.

  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation when required.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary HR data such as attendance, leaves, and claims.

 Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and company events.

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

 Leave & Attendance Management

  • Monitor staff attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.

  • Handle leave-related queries and updates.

 Training & Development

  • Coordinate training schedules, enrollment, and attendance.

  • Maintain training records and support performance appraisal processes.

 Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.

  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2-3 years of experience.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally

  • Good understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Resourceful and demonstrates strong planning skills in organizing corporate events.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
