Responsibilities:

Installation, servicing, and on-site repair of bathroom products.
Conducting on-site technical training for contractors/plumbers on product installation.
Timely testing and commissioning of installed bathroom products for project handovers.
Documentation of service work and project status for tracking purposes.
Reporting of defective products to HQ.
Supporting after-sales service and attending to client service requests, including urgent cases outside normal working hours (evenings/weekends).

Requirements:

Preferably at least 1 year experience in related industry or trade (plumbing, sanitary fixtures).
Valid driving license.
Able to communicate in bilingual.
Logical thinking with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willing to learn and grow within the role.
Strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed.
Willing to be on standby for urgent service requests outside of normal working hours.
