The Marketing Executive will assist with marketing administrative tasks, program coordination, and customer service activities to ensure smooth and professional communication with both internal teams and external partners. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a practical marketing and dynamic environment.

Marketing Support & Administration

·       Support the creation of sales enablement materials such as product guides, colour swatches, and point-of-sale displays

·       Track inventory of promotional items and printed materials

·       Assist in the scheduling content and respond to enquiries on social media platforms

·       Assist in executing promotions and marketing events aimed at home renovation professionals, painters, and authorised resellers

·       Compile performance reports on campaigns, social media, and customer engagement

·       Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed within the marketing department

Requirements:

·       Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

·       Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Canva Good verbal and written communication skills

·       Highly organized with strong attention to detail

·       Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),

·       Friendly, customer-first attitude and a team-player mindset

·       Strong interest in interior design and home improvement industry
