Position Overview
Responsible for efficiently translating product designs into practical production capabilities, providing full-process technical support to ensure the successful completion of product customization, improvement, and delivery tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Translate customer requirements into production inputs, implement product process documentation, and develop or adjust production work instructions
· Optimize tools and fixtures, and continuously improve production processes and efficiency
· Resolve technical issues at production and customer application sites, and implement quality corrective and preventive measures
· Promote lean production and automation improvement projects to enhance delivery and service capabilities
· Train and guide production line operators to strengthen adherence to process standards

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related fields
· Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Creo, and other 3D software; familiar with GD&T
· Knowledgeable in metal/plastic materials and common processing techniques
· Understanding of quality tools and methods such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D
