Job Summary:

• Basic Salary : up $7000

• Working Location: Hougang

• Working Days: Mon-Fri

• Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Description

• Translate customer requirements into production inputs, implement product process documentation, and develop or adjust production work instructions

• Optimize tools and fixtures, and continuously improve production processes and efficiency

• Resolve technical issues at production and customer application sites, and implement quality corrective and preventive measures

• Promote lean production and automation improvement projects to enhance delivery and service capabilities

• Train and guide production line operators to strengthen adherence to process standardsAttending to customers

• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields

• Graduates from practice-oriented institutions are preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks/Creo, and other 3D software; familiar with GD&T

• Knowledgeable in metal/plastic materials and common processing techniques

• Understanding of quality tools and methods such as SPC, FMEA, and 8D

• Strong on-site problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit
