• Basic up $4800 + AWS + VB + OT Pay

• Work From Home | Wed - Fri: 3pm - 11pm , Sat-Sun: 10am-7pm

• Working Location: East 

• First 2 months, must able to work onsite for training from 8.30am to 5.30pm , Mon to Fri.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee shipping processes, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Handle invoices, bills of lading, customs paperwork, and other required documentation.

• Work with internal departments (warehouse, production, finance) and external partners (carriers, vendors, customers) to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Resolve damaged shipments, lost items, and other delivery-related problems.

• Collaborate with logistics planners to anticipate shipment needs and ensure product availability

• Ensure adherence to cross-border shipping regulations, customs rules, and international trade policies.

• Maintain and update shipment and logistics reports regularly for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment

• A team player, able to communicate in Mandarin as we need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
