Accounts Executive - #1127956

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and maintaining the chart of accounts, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts. 

• Coordination with other relevant departments to ensure timely billing of sales invoices, follow-up payments and support of intercompany transactions

• Monitor and update daily bank balances to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Primary point of contact for all bank-related matters, including account inquiries and transactions

• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to assist in financial planning and decision-making

• Ensure proper accounting records and compliance with company policies

• Initiate and process payments to vendors and suppliers using online banking platforms, while adhering to payment schedules and financial controls

• Assist in implementing a new system to ensure a smooth transition

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

• LCCI/ACCA or Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting

• Having experience in full set accounts

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Able to work independently and collaboratively

• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills

• Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage
