Job Description & Requirements

- Assist sales dept with quotes / costing

- Creating and processing sales in a timely manner

- Assisting with spares & automation request

- Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales dept

- Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client meetings, follow-ups, ongoing job updates

- Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required

- Work with the customers and engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements

- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary

- Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery

- Establish customer rapport and acceptance

- Maintaining customer relationships by following up on inquiries, ensuring satisfaction. and identifying opportunities for upselling

- Expected to have strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft

Office, and proper written and verba communication abilities

- The position requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem solving
