Job Summary:

• Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,000/month

• Working Days & Hours: Monthly 12hr rotating shifts (Morning & Night)

  • 4 days/week including weekends

• Location: Joo Koon

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, including manpower allocation and waste management coordination

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met

• Maintain accurate daily production logs and documentation

• Promote a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety protocols

• Identify and escalate production issues to Operations Specialist or Supervisor promptly

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

• Step in during manpower shortages to maintain workflow continuity

• Liaise with the Maintenance team to resolve equipment or process issues

• Conduct onboarding and training for new hires

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the production line

• Lead SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) meetings and uphold standards

• Manage raw material inventory and usage efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical communication and sound judgment

• Basic computer literacy (SAP, Microsoft Office)

• Hands-on leadership with a passion for operational excellence

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
