Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)

Salary: Up to S$5,500
Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm

About the Role

Join our Maintenance Section and contribute to the upkeep of advanced, high-tech manufacturing plants. You will support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations while playing a key role in achieving our corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

Daily Scope

• Manage electrical maintenance and instrumentation activities to ensure safe and smooth plant operations.

• Coordinate and execute major field maintenance tasks with strong emphasis on worker safety and equipment integrity.

• Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance work without disrupting operations.

• Conduct instrumentation application studies and implement modifications aligned with technical and business requirements.

• Organize and conduct training for staff and contractors to enhance technical skills and competency levels.

• Implement and maintain management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience preferred.

• Graduates specializing in Electrical Power Engineering are welcome to apply.

• Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication abilities with a collaborative mindset.

• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contractors.

Work Arrangement

• Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm

• On-call/standby duties may be required on weekends in the event of equipment failure.

• Work location: Jurong Island

  • Company-provided transport to/from Jurong East MRT

Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Allowances

• Gross Salary: ~S$5,500

• Location Allowance: S$220/month
