Production (Quality Control)

• Inspect and test incoming materials, in-house products, and subcontracted work for compliance with engineering drawing specifications and requirements.

• Communicate quality issues to production and procurement teams.

• Maintain accurate job order and inspection records.

• Update each JO’s progress and inspection status are filled in the system

• Maintain organised record keeping and filing system for QC reports

• Track all items withdrawn from QC room and update daily

• Implement the 5S process improvement system.

• Ensure equipment calibration before due dates

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Logistics

• Liaise with relevant parties for incoming, outgoing and return shipments to support customer order fulfilment

• Pack items for shipment and provide box dimensions and weights.

• Coordinate with property management and security for large transports.

• Verify product condition before shipment and maintain records.

• Ensure the items shipped out or loaded onto transport are in good condition

• Liaise for incoming/outgoing/return shipments and prepare shipping reports.

Skills

• Must be able to read engineering drawings

• Must be able to use QC tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

• Must be able to communicate (read/written/spoken) in some English

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Team collaboration

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Adaptability

• Good communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders

• Bonus if the candidate has a forklift driving license
