About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at DS Global Technology. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for handling all accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This is a full-time position based in the Paya Lebar Region.

What you'll be doing

• Process and record all accounts payable invoices in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate supplier records and payment schedules

• Reconcile accounts payable accounts and resolve any discrepancies

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders to suppliers

• Ensure smooth accounting operations

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proficient in using accounting software (Autocount) and MS office applications

• Excellent communication skills

• Meticulous attention to detail 

• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines

• Able to handle full set of accounts
