Audiology Lead, EGH Planning Office - #1127862

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop Audiology services at EGH. You will lead the department in providing strategic leadership in planning and establishing EGH’s Audiological services. Your responsibilities will encompass developing clinical governance frameworks, creating evidence-based protocols, manpower staffing, budget forecasting, operations as well as all professional matters. You will play a crucial role in strategic planning, workforce development, and implementing innovative technologies to ensure excellence in clinical practice and patient care when the hospital becomes operational.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor or master’s degree in Audiology 

·       7 years’ experience with Degree and Demonstrated competency or 6 years’ experience with Postgraduate Degree and Demonstrated competency

·       Strong clinical expertise and knowledge in Audiology

·       Experience in developing clinical protocols and quality frameworks

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders

·       Experience in staff development and training

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·       Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
