Job Scope
Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and shipment-related concerns through phone, email, and online platforms.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely pickup, delivery, and order fulfillment.
Track and monitor shipment status, providing customers with timely updates and proactive notifications of delays or issues.
Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, and related logistics paperwork.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently by identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions
