Plating Technician - #1127804

Job Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as plating line and re-reeler.

• Use of  the measuring equipment , solder pot and X’ray machine to perform quality check on parts as per checklist.

• Inspect  product and material to ensure that they meet specifications.

• Perform line maintenance to ensure line operation.

• Maintain production data such as quantity on scrap, good part, changeover and set up hours, production hours in QAD.

• Record and document appropriate information such as inspection checklist, production records etc.

• Set up and changeover plating lines.

• Monitor and adjust AMP reading, solution levels, line speed, line tension, jets, rinse flow, contact rollers etc.

Job Requirements

• O Level / Professional Certificate / ITE in Mechanical or equivalent

• Plating experience and chemical handling experience.

• Candidates without experience will be considered for Plating Operator role (on the job training will be provided)

• Able to work rotation shift

• 12 hours shift: 4 day work week

• Able to commit to work Overtime
