Responsibilities:
Support customers by understanding and addressing their operational and real estate requirements, ensuring their business needs are met effectively
Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term business relationships through consistent engagement, clear communication, and dependable service
Assist companies impacted by redevelopment projects by guiding them through their relocation plans and helping them manage the transition process
Identify and evaluate suitable alternative property options that align with companies’ operational needs, growth plans, and logistical considerations
Liaise closely with relevant agencies, departments, and stakeholders to coordinate relocation efforts and ensure a smooth and well-managed transition for affected companies
Requirements:
A Degree in Facilities/Building/Business Management will be an advantage
3 years experience in customer management, the real estate sector, or the public sector will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including ability to handle difficult conversations with customers professionally
Positive attitude
Resourcefulness and strong ability to solve problems
