Responsibilities:

• Support customers by understanding and addressing their operational and real estate requirements, ensuring their business needs are met effectively

• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term business relationships through consistent engagement, clear communication, and dependable service

• Assist companies impacted by redevelopment projects by guiding them through their relocation plans and helping them manage the transition process

• Identify and evaluate suitable alternative property options that align with companies’ operational needs, growth plans, and logistical considerations

• Liaise closely with relevant agencies, departments, and stakeholders to coordinate relocation efforts and ensure a smooth and well-managed transition for affected companies

Requirements:

• A Degree in Facilities/Building/Business Management will be an advantage

• 3 years experience in customer management, the real estate sector, or the public sector will be an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including ability to handle difficult conversations with customers professionally

• Positive attitude

• Resourcefulness and strong ability to solve problems
