As EAIM strengthens its presence in the local education landscape with its new campus at Jurong East (Perennial Business City), we are expanding our Direct Sales Division to better serve Singaporean and Singapore-based adult learners.
Role Overview
The Education Sales Manager is responsible for driving EAIM’s local student recruitment through a high-performing Direct Sales team. This role requires strong leadership, strong selling skills, and the ability to build and execute sales strategies targeted at Singaporeans, working adults, mid-career professionals, and school leavers.
You will lead a team of Education Sales Executives, optimise sales funnels, and collaborate with Marketing and Academic departments to achieve EAIM’s enrolment goals.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you will both lead the team and personally engage in sales activities when needed.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and motivate the Direct Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and skills coaching.
Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and follow-up activities using CRM data.
Set clear sales KPIs and ensure high levels of accountability and productivity.
2. Direct Sales Execution
Personally engage in high-priority or high-value sales consultations.
Convert leads through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, digital leads, online and preview sessions.
Provide strong product knowledge and serve as a subject-matter expert for all EAIM programmes.
Support team members on complex cases or difficult objections to close deals.
3. Sales Strategy & Market Development
Develop and execute local market penetration strategies for:
Working adults upskilling
Mid-career switchers
Secondary school leavers (N/O levels)
ITE/Poly dropouts or transition pathways
Community and lifestyle centres
Identify new outreach channels (CCs, HR corporate networks, roadshows, schools, job fairs).
Analyse competitor offerings and ensure EAIM’s programmes remain competitive and appealing.
4. Events, Outreach & Lead Generation
Plan, manage, and participate in Open Houses, school visits, corporate outreach, and roadshows.
Work closely with Marketing to:
Improve lead quality
Co-develop campaigns
Create audience-relevant content
Provide insights on local student behaviour and market demand trends.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance
Streamline the Direct Sales workflow, scripts, and student counselling methods.
Ensure compliance with EduTrust standards for messaging, documentation, and admissions processes.
Improve the customer experience from enquiry to enrolment.
Requirements
Singaporean / Singapore-based candidates preferred.
At least 3–5 years of direct sales experience with proven track record.
Minimum 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong ability to coach salespeople, motivate performance, and instill a sales-driven culture.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organisational skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Willing to work on selected weekends for Open Houses or community events (time-off provided).
Experience in education sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
The successful candidates will be paid competitive salary plus attractive commission
