Shift Allowance + OT Claim + Medical + Bonus

Rotation shift  8am to 5.30pm / 10pm to 7.30am

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines according to instructions and procedures.

• Operate workshop machines such as milling, turning, and grinding for spring coiling tools.

• Ensure parts meet specifications using proper measuring tools and perform in-process quality checks.

• Label parts correctly and take immediate action on non-conforming items and work with QA on rejections.

• Prevent non-conforming parts from moving to other departments

• Guide operators to avoid repeat issues.

• Troubleshoot machines and carry out routine maintenance.

• Draw and load raw materials and ensure production targets are met.

• Maintain machines, tools, and workplace housekeeping.

• Train and guide new Technicians and Operators.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Superior.
