What You’ll Do

• Lead and perform assembly of optical, mechanical, and laser/fluidic modules
• Run tests by linking hardware to software; troubleshoot & realign mechanical parts when errors occur
• Establish & update assembly procedures and checklists
• Review peers’ assembly work and fix defects
• Maintain production records and follow SOPs, drawings, and blueprints
• Support 6S, EHS, and continuous improvement activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering, equivalent 
• Experience in instrument manufacturing preferred
