• Build and maintain strong relationships with apartment owners, property management teams, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Promote and sell interphone and nurse call products across local and overseas markets.
• Analyse market trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and increase market share.
• Provide excellent customer support, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical assistance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
