We are looking for an E-Commerce Nutritionist and Customer Relations Executive to create exceptional service experiences online.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will be part of the E-Commerce team to promote health and wellness topics and support customer service across all online channels.

Being customer-centric, you are constantly intrigued to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, driving revenue as a result. You will provide timely support for customer enquiries both via live chat and email across all e-commerce platforms. Increased brand loyalty and revenue will be the result of your excellent customer service.

As the subject matter expert, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product information and campaign promotions being communicated to customers. You will be part of the enthusiastic livestream team to share your knowledge on health and wellbeing to drive brand and product awareness.

Requirements

• Degree or certification in health & nutrition and/or a related field, with at least 1 year experience

• Working knowledge of diet, nutrition, and human anatomy

• Experience in health supplements and conducting livestreams is advantageous

• Resourceful, proactive, good organisational skills and attention to details

• Strong communication skills
