Our client is a leading provider of cooling solutions in Southeast Asia. They are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing key client relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle—ensuring a seamless experience, delivering value, and consistently meeting sales goals. This role focuses on promoting innovative cooling and thermal management technologies to enterprise data centres, builders, and installation partners. Success in this position requires strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to craft effective, customised solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted segments.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
Prepare proposals, manage contract negotiations, and secure successful deal closures.
Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management.
Oversee client satisfaction during solution implementation and promptly resolve concerns.
Engage enterprise-level data centres and high-density cooling customers.
Present and promote thermal management products and solutions to various stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with engineering and product teams to develop tailored proposals.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to final contract signing.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive trends.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical knowledge in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management.
Proven track record managing enterprise clients and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong network within data centre clients, consultants, and contractors.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in solution selling or technical sales processes.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting metrics.
Knowledge of sustainability standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
