Responsibilities
• Plan and run active ageing programmes for seniors.
• Ensure programmes meet standards and achieve strong client engagement.
• Develop and implement new programmes based on seniors’ needs.
• Conduct programme reviews and gather feedback for improvement.
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders and partners.
• Supervise and guide volunteers during activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with external organisations to execute programmes effectively.

Requirements
• Diploma in any discipline (preferably Social Services or related fields).
• Experience working with seniors in community, healthcare or social service settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of programme planning and evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team, and manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable and proactive in solving issues.
