Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee effective fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, maintenance scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Develop and manage scheduling systems for patient home visits, ensuring smooth coordination among clinical teams.

• Optimize routing and resource allocation to enhance service delivery efficiency while adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Create comprehensive operational guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards for mobile clinical services, ensuring alignment with clinical governance and compliance.

• Support operational initiatives and special projects, offering expertise in logistics and operational planning to improve departmental effectiveness.

• Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement for management and stakeholders.

• Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as required, supporting various operational needs as directed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Operations, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, with a preference for background in healthcare.

• Experience in fleet or logistics operations is advantageous.

• Able to foster relationships with various stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
