Key Responsibilities:
Proactively hunt for and secure new business in logistics and warehousing.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing.
Strong hunter mentality – proactive in generating leads and closing deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Existing client network in logistics or warehousing is an advantage.
Good knowledge of the S.E.A. logistics and transportation market.
