What You’ll Do

  • Handle bookings, shipment tracking & client updates

  • Coordinate with carriers, vendors & internal teams

  • Prepare airfreight documents (MAWB, HAWB, DG, BL) and process billing

  • Resolve customer issues and assist sales follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate records for smooth operations

Requirements

  • 5+ years in freight forwarding/logistics (airfreight preferred)

  • Strong documentation, billing & customer service skills

  • Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
