Urgent: Test Engineer (12-hr Day Shift) - MNC - #1127685

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians in executing test-related activities for server and rack products in production.

• Set up and maintain PXE server configurations for product testing.

• Manage and maintain burn-in and power testing procedures.

• Collaborate with customers, HQ, and the factory on the implementation and upkeep of test programs.

• Actively participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and revise working instructions; conduct training sessions for production staff.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a server and rack manufacturing environment.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers, HQ/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.

• Familiarity with SAP systems

• Willingness to perform shift work when required to support production needs.

• Solid understanding of testing methods and procedures.

• Proficient in programming and debugging relevant to testing processes.
