Manager, Interior Design - #1127639

A Day in the Life:

• Develop creative design concepts and formulate project design packages using CAD, Sketchup and 3D Software

• Prepare detailed design documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and mood boards

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design plans

• Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

• Collaborate with the wider design team to deliver cohesive, innovative interior solutions

• Conduct design presentations to prospective buyers to convey design intent

• Review progress on site and be responsible for design quality and experience

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the interior design industry

• Experience in retail store environments and design of retail/corporate fixtures is a plus

• Strong understanding of design principles, design sensibility, and technical ability to develop a project from conceptualisation to execution

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for interior design
