Job Responsibilities

• Lead all New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering activities, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and customers’ technical expectations are consistently met.

• Manage and mentor the engineering team, ensuring they provide strong technical support to Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality to achieve division objectives.

• Plan, forecast, and drive key engineering initiatives that deliver cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement.

• Oversee the development of new manufacturing processes and the improvement of existing processes to enhance part manufacturability and operational efficiency.

• Support manufacturing operations in resolving technical, tooling, quality, and process issues using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques.

• Provide technical guidance and support to both internal and external customers on engineering issues.

Key Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree required in Engineering in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Proven leadership experience in Engineering Division.

• Track record and experience in Stamping tool design, Stamping process and trouble shooting

• Experienced in using 2D/3D CAD software such as Creo or/and AutoCad.

• Experienced in manufacturing process automation

• Proven experience in any continuous improvement initiatives.
