Join Our Team as a Human Resource Executive!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operations in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Human Resource Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Human Resource Executive mainly oversees the following human resources & accounting work duties:

1) Recruitment & selection

2) Staff training & development & performance management

3) HRIS management

4) Payroll management & processing

5) General Human Resources & Administrative duties including claim disbursements, fleet & facility management, payroll reports & reports for internal/external audits and any other related HR/Administrative duties as assigned

6) Accounts Receivables (AR) and Payable (AP) ad hoc duties when assigned

What We’re Looking For:

1) At least a Diploma/higher qualification in Human Resource or something relevant

2) At least 3 years of related Operational HR Experience. Preferably with full HR spectrum experiences or payroll specialist role previously

3) Experience in EasyPay payroll management system and/or Microsoft Navision system is an added advantage
