Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, ensuring all details are captured
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
Monitor outstanding sales orders and proactively resolve any issues
Assist the sales team with other related tasks as needed
Requirements
Min GCE ‘O’ Level
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Entry-level candidates with retail or customer service backgrounds are welcome to apply.
1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or sales coordination is an advantage.
