Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system development.

• Experience as a mid-level developer with exposure to:

  • Technical delivery

  • Conducting basic enablement sessions

  • Running hands-on workshops

  • Providing continuous mentoring or coaching to users

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Power Automate

• UiPath

Good-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft Copilot

• Tableau (dashboard development & data modelling)

• Snowflake

Core Competencies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to understand user needs and guide them effectively

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting
