Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain static data such Customer, Product, (e.g. Security, bond, etc), currency, interest rate

• Responsible for the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of static data.

• To review current processing flow, improve efficiency and tighten control environment

• Provide statistics for client account for regulatory/tax reporting as and when required.

• Check daily static data audit trial, perform account reviews on existing accounts.

• Liaise with IT and consultants on system specifications for new business needs, new regulatory requirements and changes to operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree

• 3 years and above of relevant experience

• Able to work independently, have good communication skills & a positive mind-set

• Good in communication, learns fast & accurate in work
