As a Resident Technical Officer - Architectural, you will be responsible for the supervision and design/construction review of all architectural works and including but not limited to covering, finishes, sanitary and plumbing installations, pump drainage works, sewerage system under the Civil Contract of the work site as described in Appendix A of the Terms of Reference (TOR).

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Resident Technical Officer - Architectural to join our team in Singapore.
The role responsibilities include:
The Services of the Consultant for the provision of technical reviews and advisory services on architectural works shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
To attend all coordination meetings for the Works and maintain records of such coordination meetings;
To review and ensure that the submissions are in accordance with the Authority’s Requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements;
To review and check the Contractor s architectural drawings in tandem with the civil & structural and Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) drawings to ensure that all irregularities are highlighted and resolved;
To review the Contractor s architectural material approval submissions for compliance with the Authority’s Requirement
He shall assist A/E Consultant engaged under Authority’s site in ensuring that the architectural works meet the statutory requirements.
Qualifications
What you’ll have
The RTO(A) shall have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience as an RTO, of which at least three (3) years shall be in the supervision of architectural works similar in nature to the Works in the LTA Civil Contract.
Familiar with LTA Architectural Design Criteria.
Familiar with Authorities’ and Permitting requirements, etc.
The RTO(A) shall have at least a Diploma in building/architectural discipline or equivalent.
