Asst HR Manager - #1127446

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions and operational matters, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, performance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and offboarding, ensuring effective HR governance and support throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Manage MOM work pass matters, including applications and renewals.

• Oversee both strategic and operational HR matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business direction.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes to reflect industry best practices and drive efficiency.

• Collaborate with business units to align people strategies with key organizational priorities.

• Manage employee grievances, conduct disciplinary actions, and maintain positive employee relations.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred.

• At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably covering the full spectrum of HR functions, with 1 year of managerial experience. Manufacturing / Construction experience is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.

• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong working partnerships with internal stakeholders.

• Confident, independent, dynamic, proactive, people and results-oriented.

• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Creative thinker and problem solver with sound judgment.

• Strong team player.

• Adaptable and flexible with high drive & commitment.
