DJI Warehouse Assistant - Job Scope

1. Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock.

• Conduct daily stock take and update inventory records.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.

• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO methods).

2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.

• Coordinate with delivery personnel, logistics companies, e-commerce platforms, and DJI stores, following up to ensure timely shipments.

• Process returns and defective items according to company policies.

3. Warehouse Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

• Follow safety and security protocols while handling goods.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if required).

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all stock items.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly warehouse reports.

• Assist in updating warehouse systems and records.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with sales, logistics, and procurement teams.

• Liaise with logistics partners, e-commerce platforms, and flagship stores, tracking delivery performance.

• Address any warehouse-related issues promptly.

• Assist in inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
  

Education Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Any background in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management is a plus.

• Candidates with relevant work experience may be considered even without formal qualifications.
