Field Service Technician (12 Months Contract/Up to $3500) - #1127427

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery and collection of products.

• Upon delivery of products ensure that the products function at the maximum level of safety and effectiveness.

• Make adjustment to products to ensure a match with patient specifications as required.

• Ensure any such adjustments are reported and completed in accordance with company's protocol.

• Answers queries of customers where appropriate when placing products. Refers more complex queries to the appropriate Sales colleague or Operation Manager.

• Works together with operations and customer service colleagues to ensure that customers are provided with products in accordance with agreed timeframes and product quality levels.

• Delivers and recovers equipment in a timely, safe and hygienic manner, following operational procedures.

• Ensures accurate record keeping of equipment issued to and recovered from customers.

• Delivers products in accordance with the precise specification.

• Maintain a good level of product knowledge, through actively participating in product training sessions.

• Carry out inspection and repair of products in local.

• Assist processing customer order via internal system.

• Assisting to execute all transactions in the system pertaining to rental and return of equipment for local.

Requirements

• Participates in the provision of a 24 hour on-call and weekend shift service as required to deliver emergency products.

• Must able to drive with valid Class 3 driving license

• Willingness to learn in a new environment, good attitude and aptitude

• Strong communication, team-player
