Job Brief:
Support the marketing team by researching and experimenting with AI tools to enhance lead generation and improve marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Explore and evaluate AI-driven tools and platforms for marketing automation, lead generation, and content creation.
Document findings and create guidelines for integrating AI solutions into marketing processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify areas where AI can add value
Tool implementation: Drive efforts to recommend, integrate, roll out AI tools, aimed at improving lead generation and customer engagement
Drive adoption of the AI tools implemented with program support, workflow set-up and trainings
Requirements:
Strong interest in technology and AI applications in marketing.
Ability to translate between business needs and technical specifications to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Analytical mindset with good research skills.
Good communication and project management skills.
Experience with Martech tools (eg. Salesforce Account Engagement, Google Analytics etc) is a bonus
Diploma or Degree in Applied AI & Analytics, Computer Science, Business IT or related field.
